The Tremayne Performance Method

  1. Introduction
    Build volume to prevent future injury and create consistency of schedule.

  1. Maximum Heart Rate Testing
    The first step to individualisation, allows athlete to complete workouts based on their individual heart rate values.

  1. General Preparation
    Allows the athlete to get acquainted with the different types of sessions with a general approach to endurance that looks to develop all key areas required to maximise performance.

  1. Athlete Profiling
    Utilising advanced testing protocols (critical power and velocity testing) we establish an "athlete profile" across all disciplines.

  1. GAP Analysis
    Assessment of where you are in your training, what your goals are, and what needs to be done to get there.

  1. Specific Development
    Training becomes fully individualised based on the athletes individual profile, after 8 - 12 weeks we return to testing to ensure the desired adaptations have occurred.

  1. Race Preparation
    Duration of this phase is based on the athletes schedule, programming becomes optimised for the demands of the athletes targetted event.

Your Questions, Answered Clearly

How does communication work?

All communication is done via WhatsApp, text communication is available Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (AEST or AEDT). All messages sent before 5pm will be answered same day. Check-ins are done via a booking system and completed on WhatsApp audio or voice call.

How does billing and payment work?

The ​initial 8 weeks of training is taken upfront (non-refundable). Payments are completed through Newie (through Stripe), after 8 weeks there is a direct debit every monday. You can send me a message at any time to make adjustments to payment frequency. Please book a call to find out more about pricing

What are the minimum terms>

​There is no minimum term (beyond the first payment), with a 1 week cancellation notice. You can pause at any time (minimum 2 week period)

How are the programs delivered?

Training programs are delivered via TrainingPeaks which allows them to be delivered straight to your fitness devices (watch, bike computer, etc), training is written in blocks based on your individualised training cycle (generally 3 - 5 weeks).

I'm only a few weeks from my event, can I sign up?

It's never too late to sign up. While I can't guaruntee I can save your race day, I can try my best. If your only a few weeks away from your event I can at least help you with some race specific training and send you in with a solid race plan
